Pros
The raised rings next to the flange are very comfortable. The webbing of my hands don't get fatigued anymore even on a long ride. Best grips I've had on an MTB.
Cons
Seem to be a little slippery when riding in the rain.
Other Thoughts
Will definitely buy them again after I wear these out.
