Pros
Its very light and it fits most FSA cranks and with the English thread, one can do the conversion from inner bearings to outer bearings.
Cons
Light weight.
Other Thoughts
The only thing is, it would be nice if the bearings would come with at least four spacers, since when I installed it on an older Felt Road, I needed two spacers of which I had to drive over to the next town to find some. Maybe next time at least add two spaces.
