Pros

Glad FSA still makes a plug in this size for older 1 inch steerer tubes. Ordered this hoping it would go into my 19.89mm inside diameter carbon fork tube even though I couldn't find or get exact minimum outside diameter of the plug. I was pleased to find out if fit and is now working great.
