The plastic on the U piece along w the small piece of foam on the back of the flat piece did not provide enough grab to prevent from rotating slightly once tightened. The bracket metal bend too easily when I tightened and started to curve around seat stay.
It works but wrap your seat stay w bar tape first to prevent bracket from rotating once tightened.
