Pros
Put a cut piece of spoke in the center; you can set the depth so that all the nipples are on the spokes to the same depth, which is easy to set. Then tighten, true the wheel, center; tighten, true the wheel, center; until the wheel is done. You can start the nipples by hand (great for starting the nipples on the second half of the spokes you install), and you can use a battery drill if you have one, but you don't need it.
Cons
Not as fast as the offset-spinning-screwdriver type (but you can set the depth on this one). Also, seems expensive for what you get.
