Allows you to convert Campy wheels to a Shimano drive train with little work. No harder than rebuilding a rear hub.

Only surprise, it's made in Taiwan. Makes me wonder how many other pieces are made in Taiwan. This is no knock, by the way. Taiwan makes great stuff.
