Lightweight protection
comfortable chamois.
Fits well under over-clothing.
Somehow, not trapping odors like my expensive Swiss-manufactured gear.
Other Thoughts
After 55 years of 2-wheeled travel - racing, mountain bikes, motorcycles - and a few accidents, I'm paying attention to all the hip fractures suffered by my cohort in the course of seemingly minor interactions with the road surface....
