ProGold Steel Frame Protector: 6oz Aerosol Can with Spout; ORM-D

Pros

This is the Best frame saver spray, IMO. I've used others and always come back to this formula. Its a bit messy and make sure have floor covering, but it eventually dries to provide a great barrier to keep water from rusting out interior of frames. It appears to be the same formula as the "original" JP Weigle, but you get more in a can and slightly cheaper. The problem I have had with others - Boeshield - is it never seems to dry and if have hole in btm of bb, will continue to drip out seemingly forever -or- with Fluid Flim - does not flow very well when spray into frame and feel it is not covering all the nooks and crannies of interior.
I suggest after spraying this into the frame, you dry a few days on a stand before adding your parts back on. In all reality if you don't ride in too much wet conditions, you probably don't need to bother adding this stuff, but to me its good insurance.
I'm glad many bike mfgs are now ED coating interior of frames, so this stuff may not be needed, but maybe a light coat just to be sure.

Cons

The cost, but all bike related stuff is expensive I guess.
