huge capacity, great commuter bag.
Pros
The Pannier is quite large and that was what I was looking for. It has a nice small flat pocket inside that hangs from the top where I can put my cell phone and wallet in while I commute to work. There is small pocket on the outside top flap that I put my lights in so I don't have to dig around in the bottom of the pannier for them. I like the shoulder strap and the handles so there are options for you on how you like to carry your bag depending in what you are doing.
Cons
The shoulder strap is not adjustable. Because the bag is quite large and not tapered at the bottom, I had to push my bike rack as far back as I could get it and hook the pannier to it as far back on the rack as possible to keep my heels from hitting the bags. It is a little inconvenient because the bag is not centered on the rack, but I got it to work so it is not a problem. This probably is only a problem for bikes that have a shorter length frame. I could explore a different rack too, but it work fine for me now.

Spacious, secure latch and carrying strap is a nice feature to carry the bad off your bike.
Cons
After only a handful of trips to the grocery store I noticed the seams on the side of the bag were already fraying and after a few more loads two holes had already formed on the seams. I probably only maxed out a load at about 10 lbs for a small bag of dog food.
The areas of the holes are not located in a place that appears to hold weight of the load, it is more likely that the damage is a design flaw where the material folds against it self awkwardly when partially or fully expanded.
Other Thoughts
Before trying out this bag, I owned bags from a different brand that lasted 3 years of daily use, so I'm pretty bummed about this purchase because the damage was caused by very light use of the bag
