Only surprise, it's made in Taiwan. Makes me wonder how many other pieces are made in Taiwan. This is no knock, by the way. Taiwan makes great stuff.

I love that campy products can be repaired so easily. New freehub + bearings brought wobbly noisey wheels back to life.

Not cheap. But cheaper than a new wheel!
Other Thoughts
If your wheels are rattling and you can't figure out why, check for any play in axle bearings and freehub. If you ride in wet weather, there's a real chance they will rust and put a bit and start to become junk.
Campagnolo publishes exploded diagrams of all parts for all their products online, including Fulcrum wheels.
