Small, durable, fits just what I need!
Two tubes, one lever, an older Topeak two piece tool; I place half in side the bag the other half in the pouch on bottom of bag.
Other Thoughts
I purchased and used two M-Caddy's over the years but the top of the bag kept wearing out after thousands of miles of cycling; I don't expect that to happen with this one due to the design; time will tell.

Pros
Small size will provide snug fitment of tire levers, multi-tool, and spare tube. There is no movement of items during bumpy rides.
The attachment method is simple, and keeps the bag from shifting. Also, the amount of velcro provided is much more than most under-seat bags, so it just didn't wear out nearly as fast as other bags.
The material the bag is constructed of is robust and looks nice.
I own two of these saddle bags. One is about 5 years old and holding up well. I recently bought another despite the fact that there are many less expensive alternatives. None of the other alternatives fit my needs.
