Pros
Well made, keeps the truck bag dry.
Cons
I believe its made to fit many different Topeak trunk bags, and its a bit to big for my bag. It fits fine, but it balloons up when riding and blocks my blinker light attached to the back of my seat. The elastic band is really tight too, and can be tricky getting it on the bag. None of this would keep me from recommending this cover, it works well.
