Excellent mtn bike frame suspension bearing

Pros
Well packed with grease. Buttery motion with proper preload applied.
My Santa Cruz Hightower is now quiet and suspension is smooth. Although Santa Cruz would send me these bearings for free -- I needed them quick and Modern bike was much faster for reasonable price.

Other Thoughts
This is a greaseable angular contact bearing. It requires the following on installation:
1. Install it with the sealed side facing out ( Obviously the open side must be exposed to the internal grease channels.
2. An angular contact bearing must be preloaded. Follow torque instruction from your bike manufacturer. This is a case where proper torque DOES matter. Don't over-do it.
3. However you install these -- Don't apply any pressure to inner race when pressing them in.
