Pros
I bought these as a gift for my husband, who has been using my old panniers that were purchased in 1991. It was time for an upgrade! These are huge (bigger than I expected), waterproof, easy to mount and use. He seems really happy with them, and I have pannier envy.
Cons
The only disappointment was that I didn't realize the smaller front pocket was also a roll-top. I know that's best for protection against water, but it's a little bit of a pain to get into quickly.

Pros
Great quality build! Amazing attention to detail and materials. Intelligent thoughtful design and great care was used in making these. For years I used a German brand but I became more frustrated as the mounting hardware flexed when packed so that they would need to be forced onto the racks.
Cons
They are a bit large and my heel jusssssst nudges then while pedaling. A minor adjustment and they’ll be fine.

Pros
I've been happy with these panniers so far, especially since it's been raining so much in NW Pa the last couple weeks. They keep everything dry, though I do put my things in individual stuff sacks so I'm not digging through everything to get what I want out. The extra pocket in between the two waterproof pockets is a nice touch, I put my rain gear in there so it's easy to get to and I'm not opening the main compartments, exposing everything to rain. I especially love the elastic hook for attaching to the rack, no need to adjust it, just hook it and go. It holds the bags in place and it's never come undone for me.
Cons
None yet, but I've only put a few hundred miles on them.
Other Thoughts
If I put a water bottle in the pockets on the pedal side, I do hit it with my heel. I just use those pockets for a bottle of heat for my stove and white lightning in the other.
