Pros
We used the panniers on a 3 month, 2000 mile trip on gravel bikes in Southeast Asia. They were excellent. They're durable, simple, waterproof, and a good size. They showed very little wear by the end and we rode quite a bit of bumpy road. The simplicity of the attachment is great for off-pavement abuse. Eliminating the hooks at the top of the pannier is essential for going off-road at all.
Cons
The complaints about setting them up with all the velcro straps everywhere are understandable. However, once we got them adjusted to our racks we trimmed some velcro and that was that. It's a non issue considering the adjustability and durability you get.
