Brooks Slender Leather Grips feature vegetable tanned leather and cork tape, and are designed to offer an alternative performance option for the user, while maintaining the standard for sustainability set by the Plump Grips, allowing the user to replace worn parts if necessary.
The design incorporates an aluminium shell around which the bar tape is wrapped in the manner of traditional handlebar tape. The leather is then held in place by aluminium and steel clamps which can be removed in the event that the tape requires replacement.
The tape is made from the same vegetable tanned leather used for Brooks Saddles and natural cork.

Pros
I absolutely love these grips. They are very stylish and make my bike look great with my Brooks saddle. I scoured the internet for weeks looking for any other grips that might match my saddle and definitely made the right choice.
Cons
They don't absorb much impact, but they aren't designed for that and I knew that before buying them. I ride mostly on city roads and smooth bike paths.

Pros
Easy to install, great looking, classic. I got these for a cruiser city bike I have and they are a vast improvement from the prior grips. Easy install and tightening bolt. Would purchase again. Honey color grip does match the honey color Brooks saddle too.
Cons
High cost. However because of the quality they might last longer than a cheaper grip.

Not particularly ergonomic, leather is a bar wrap type, and on the expensive side.
Other Thoughts
If you want a matching package with grips & saddle, go for it. Other grips out there are more ergonomic
