Good Quality; has light mode memory where it remembers the last operating mode when the ON button is depressed; mounts easily and holds firm on the handlebar.
Cons
The "ON" button should not be placed near the forward end of the light body. It should be placed directly above the mount. With the present placement, reaching to turn on the light switch while riding results in the light being pushed down and requires more fumbling to depress the switch on a moving, jolting bike while eyes are diverted from traffic--a real safety hazard. Placing the light switch directly opposite the mount, topside, would enable much easier ON/OFF operation without the light being twisted/turned on the handlebar. It's a functional and safety problem, and nearly all the brands have the same flawed design. If not for this oversight, I would have given a 5-star rating.
Other Thoughts
First thing I noticed was the higher than expected build quality. The handlebar mount is also better than expected: the light mounts easily and holds firm on the handlebar. I love the mode memory that enables the light to return to the last operating mode when the ON button is depressed.
