Making the seat post move freelyExpandable reamer that is easy to adjust. Six flute cutter is easy to check with micrometer or caliper.
If the seat tube is oval due to being over heated, this may not be the tool to use.
Use plenty of cutting oil.
Do not reverse direction, as it may dull the flutes.
Deburr any obvious flaws prior to using the reamer.
Typically I put the reamer in a vise and rotate the frame.
