Pros
Mounts to our Burley Moose Rack using only 1 of the supplied screws. I did have to "open" the lower hole in the rack plate with a drill in order to accommodate the plastic stabilizing boss molded into the mount. Holds my Cygolite securely.

Other Thoughts
I bought this because the standard seatpost mount for my Cygolite is not compatible with the short bicycle frame (the rear rack blocks the light).
It is necessary to have this mount in hand in order to determine how to attach it. It would be nice to have had dimensioned sketches before ordering, though.
