Pros
simple. small. marginally effective.
Cons
almost useless. I couldn't get it to stay put with or without the rubber pieces, it did grab on to the cloth handlebar tape well. I wish it were a hand tightening clamp. It readily loosens. I don't know what I expected but this won't hold anything bigger than a can of soda.
I put it on my trekking handlebars of my commuter bike to carry an extra beverage and so far I am pretty happy with the extra can of carbonated beverage.
