Pros
I have used this product for years and have been generally satisfied.
Cons
My complaint is that it needs to be reapplied about every 150 miles AND that it causes the accumulation of hard sludge on the derailleur tension sprockets.
The sludge must be removed with kerosene and a stiff brush every time I service the chain (about every 500 miles).
The problem with the sludge is that it noticeably slows down shifting as it increases.
Other Thoughts
I would not recommend this product if you do not regularly clean the drive train of a multi geared bike.

I used the bottle and have no real complaints.
Cons
It is more liquidy than I like. I switched back to Pro Lube because it seems more goes farther. But this lubricated well anything I used it on.
