Pros

Inexpensive way to track distance and speed when I'm riding on my dumb trainer.

Wireless setup is great.

Cons

Not compatible with all Garmin watches including mine. So when I'm tracking rides with the watch and gps I get duplicate activities. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of.
