Pros
Even with carbon forks and cushioning handlebar tape had issues with numb hands on longer (at least for me . . .) rides. These gloves make all rides more comfortable. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design and they're well constructed. Well ventilated, they stay cool during summertime rides.
Cons
Can't think of any.
Other Thoughts
Ordered multiple items - all were as described on the website and came well packed, on time and ready to go on a ride. Good job Modern Bike.

Pros
These have thick padding to protect against a wipeout. The hi-viz yellow helps with visibility.
Cons
Seem a bit overpriced; they're not THAT much better than cheaper competitors. The thick padding doesn't do much to help with comfort when riding, there really isn't any where your palm contacts the handlebar grips unless you have really wide ones.
Other Thoughts
The little tabs on the fingers to help you pull them off your sweaty hands are nice, but why aren't they on every finger?
