- help customers with technical questions by phone and email
- other showroom and stockroom duties and responsibilities as assigned such as receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise
- general cleaning and tidying
- some assembly and repair

high school diploma or equivalent
Hobbies / Interests
cycling enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge required
Skills
- professional verbal and written communication
- general computer proficiency
- basic math skills
Physical / Mental Demands
- requires minimum lifting ability of 50 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50+ pounds with assistance
- accurately remembering part numbers, product locations, and prices while helping customers
