6/10/2024 - Select Kuat Transfer V2 Racks

Kuat Innovations has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in their Transfer v2 Bicycle Hitch Racks manufactured from November 1, 2020 to March 24, 2024. See details at Kuat.

4/10/2024 - Delta and Dimension Stem Riser Recall

The instructions for some Delta and Dimension Stem Risers do not have the correct torque specification for the installation/side bolts. The bolts should be tightened to 20nm. 9/21/2023 -Shimano 11-Speed Bonded HOLLOWTECH II Road Cranksets

Shimano will have applicable, pre-July 2019, cranks inspected by Shimano authorized retailers and Shimano will replace any cranks that fail the inspection process. See details at Shimano.com

10/6/2022 - Whisky and Salsa Carbon Drop Bars

Customers who purchased Whisky No.9 Carbon drop bars or Salsa Carbon Cowbell and Cowchipper models between 2017 and 2022 should stop use until confirming if their handlebar is affected. Whisky and Salsa have had reports of some of these handlebars cracking where the brake/shift levers are installed, which has a potential to cause a crash and serious injury to the rider.

2019, 2020 and 2021 Salsa Cutthroat and Warbird models may also be affected.

5/6/2022 - Park Tool Crank Puller Replacement

Park Tool has issued a Stop Use and Inspect Notice for their CCP-22, CCP-44 and CWP-7 crank pullers due to an out-of-spec nut that is shared between the three tools. This out-of-spec threading can cause damage to bicycle cranks during removal. Some, but not all, tools sold between October 2021 and April 2022 may be affected. 5/23/2019 - Revelate Designs Terrapin System Recall

Revelate Designs is recalling all units of the 2019 Terrapin System 14L. This version of the Terrapin System was sold from December 2018 until April 2019 and is easily identified by a pair of hooks on the top rear of the bag. This includes skus RD-094-449, RD-094-454, RD-094-455 and RD-094-457. No other similar products are affected.
