$6.99 Delivery Offer
Entire orders to destinations within the contiguous 48 US states can be delivered for $6.99. We will choose the carrier and service used. Some destinations are ineligible — see below.
Free Delivery Offer
If any product in an order offers free delivery, then the entire order to a destination within the contiguous 48 US states can be delivered for free. We will choose the carrier and service used. Some destinations are ineligible — see below.
Our $6.99 and Free Delivery Offers only apply to destinations within the contiguous 48 US states. Offers do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO, or FPO addresses. Offers do not apply to foreign addresses.
Modern Bike uses FedEx, United States Postal Service, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
If you do not pay for a specific shipping carrier or service, then we reserve the right to choose the carrier and service used.
We are usually able to accommodate requests for a specific carrier. Please contact us for help.
Modern Bike will send a notification email with tracking number when we ship your purchase. You may follow its progress on the carrier's website.
Customers must notify Modern Bike of any problem with a package delivery within 14 days of it being scanned as delivered by the carrier.
If you have a problem with a lost or damaged delivery then please contact us.
Delays and Cancellations
Modern Bike reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If we have any product availability, payment, or address concerns that may delay or cancel your order, then we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you or resolve the issue prior to the expected ship time, then the delivery guarantee will be invalid and may not be honored.
If we know of weather or another event that might delay shipping, then we will attempt to notify you. If you experience a blizzard, hurricane, or papal visit then delivery of your order will be delayed until the carrier can safely deliver it.
If you paid for expedited delivery and the carrier does not attempt delivery by the date we expected, then we will refund the delivery charge. You must notify us within one week of a missed delivery to be eligible for a delivery charge refund.
Modern Bike will not be liable for any damages in excess of the delivery charge for a shipment, whether or not Modern Bike knew or should have known that such damages might be incurred. In no event shall Modern Bike, including, without limitation, agents, contractors, employees and affiliates, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or income, whether or not Modern Bike had knowledge that such damages might be incurred.
We will not be liable for, nor will any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind be given as a result of, any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation or any failure to provide information, except such as may result from our sole negligence. We will not be liable for your failure to provide accurate delivery address information. We will not be liable for your failure to sign for and receive the package at your destination. We will not be liable for major disruptions due to authority of law, civil commotion, criminal acts, public health events, natural disasters, communication failures, etc.
