Other Thoughts
Have to make sure threading dies are even with each other when starting the threads. There are three dies and they move on a shaft to align with each other.

I build custom bikes using a lot of recycled parts, which are sometimes hard to fit with each other. This tool has given me the autonomy to cut and thread spokes for any configuration and odd sizes. I just used it with our schools bicycle mechanics club to rebuild 24” wheels for a trike chopper project based on a 1971 Schwinn Town and Country. It worked perfectly.
