I was very pleased with my experience in purchasing this from ModernBIKE. I called them directly and a very helpful gentleman confirmed the model I needed for my bike. And, upon telling him I needed it in a few days to travel to a triathlon I was competing in, he said he'd get it in the mail to me that day and promised me I'd have it in time. My interaction with them was brief, but was very impressed and want to do business with them again.
