Best Brake Pad I've usedGrabs well; No squealing
Spare set is not the same as the primary set in the box
When my brake pads finally wore down I bought a pair from a large Japanese cycle parts company which squealed, scraping at my rims, and provided insufficient stopping. I swapped them out for the Kool-Stop pads which I love. Kool-Stops don't squeal and silently grab my aluminum rims. My ability to stop has been greatly enhanced. I'll only put Kool-Stops on going forward.
