Pros
These are mounted on a 35 year old Stumpjumper, used for local day rides and camping trips. Set for manual shifting, and they work smoothly. Have been used on standard flat bars and are now mounted on Jones bars.

Other Thoughts
First paired these with a SRAM derailleur, and while they shifted fine, they wouldn't reach the final cog. Solved that by changing to a Shimano derailleur.

Very well built. Indexing is perfect and I love having friction on the front so that I can trim and use my new build as a 1x10 except for serious climbs.
