Easy to setup and use. It is as simple as installing and tuning the rear mech. Worked perfect.

none.
Other Thoughts
I would pair this with the Paul handle bar adaptor.

Shifts great! Super accurate!
Cons
It will pinch your hand if you put too much skin on it while shifting. Also, make sure you really tighten it into your bar end, cause it did come loose after a while.
Other Thoughts
Great bar end shifter. I used it on a 1x11 gravel bike build. 11-46 in the back and a 36t up front.
