Pros
Cannot fault the product, as they work for replacing screws that work their way loose from 20,000+ miles of use for commuting. Perfect match, as they should be.
Cons
Annoying that Ortlieb does not include replacements with purchase of bags, given they are a wear item, but cannot justify star reduction.
