Park Tool Freewheel Removers are made from durable, heat treated alloy tool steel for long life.
- One inch base fits wrench or bench vise
- Thin wall construction allows use without removal of cones and locknuts
- FR-1.3 has 12 splines, 22.6mm diameter fits Shimano, Sachs Aris, Sun Race, DNP Epoch and other 5-10 speed freewheels
- FR-1.3 works the same as FR-1.2 but now features an enlarged thru-hole to accommodate 14mm axles
- Use with Park FRW-1 Freewheel Remover Wrench, SR-11 Sprocket Remover, PAW-12 Adjusting 12" Wrench or any heavy duty bench type vise

Was as easy to use as intuitive and logical thought. I've never done bike repair and the staff knew their stuff-n-were a tremendous help.
Cons
There were no cons for me in this tool.
It removes multispeed freewheels.
