I actually own several of these

Planet Bike Ecorack: Black
Ownership: more than a year

Nice lightweight, rigid, durable rack. Whether zipping along the pavement to work or bumping along the dirt paths by the river this rack remains an integral part of the bike without so much as a single audible creak of complaint. The mounting hardware supplied is good quality and holds up well in our harsh Minnesota climate. Not a spec of rust on the oldest one I own... and that's on my winter beater!
Loosely fit all the parts and bolts when mounting, then slowly tighten up each section. Not all at once, visit each side about three times. You will be impressed how the mounting hardware tightens up and becomes very rigid. Your rack will be centered too!
A little bit of thread locker on the bolts going into your frame is a good idea too. A tube of thread lock is about $2 from the hardware store.
An "Okay" Rack

Planet Bike Ecorack: Silver
Ownership: more than a year
Tech Knowledge: high
Not an expensive rack, holds the trunk bag nicely and very small panniers. Good for commuting and long day rides.
My medium size panniers slides fwd on the rack, and lots of times one of the hooks pops off. I am always adjusting the panniers especially after riding over semi rough roads. This does not happen on my old rack that I have been using since 1993.
For me this rack has work out fine for commutes, but it is not my favorite on my multi day rides. The bigger sized panniers move around too much which is a big hassle on my multi day rides.
