Pros
So far, I've used it several times in the months I've had it, it works well, but user technique needs to be learned.
Cons
My only beef, is when you go to unthread it off the stem, you must do it quickly, or you lose pressure.
I've found it best to overinflate to compensate for pressure loss and make sure you have at least 3 cartridges with you.
Or get good enough you can turn pro and always have a sag wagon

Pros
I bought this specifically for the integrated pressure gauge.
Cons
The downside to the multi part head is there is a seal that leaks once the CO2 does its thing and gets cold, so you have to quickly remove it or you lose all your pressure.
