Pros
Correct size, great material and finish quality, perfect spacing. Does exactly what it needs to! This thing is a life saver and makes unusual retrofits a breeze.
Cons
Because of the rivets in my cassette, I needed to file notches into the spacer to allow the cassette to sit flush with the wheel. If Problem Solvers could at least make a note of this, it would help a lot. Thankfully the metal is soft and a decent metal file made quick work of it.
Other Thoughts
I heavily recommend this product if you are looking to use a 7-speed cassette with a hub designed for 8,9,10 speed. I used it with a Shimano Acera HG41 7 speed 11-28t Cassette with no issues except for the rivets.

Worked as advertised. I was putting a 7 speed cassette on a 10 speed hub. Installed this behind the cassette and derailer adjustment was easy.
