Pros
This piece along with the surly washer was very easy to install
Super affordable, clever design, performs well.
Cons
The screw is a few mm too short for me. This keeps me from pushing the rear wheel further into the dropouts. Because of this, when I shift into the smallest cog closest to the hanger, the chain will catch on the chain tensioner piece that fits on the outside of the dropout. I just need to sand the inside of it down a hair.
