Pros
I was extremely happy with the customer service! I am becoming more familiar with bicycling but Andy gave me a great start a few months back! I placed an incorrect part order but Andy was able to correct my mistake and find the correct part, prior to my credit card being charged and shipment! It was lovely not having to submit a return nor having to wait on credit card charges to cycle through all because I was the one making the error! Very pleased with Modern Bike, look forward to doing more business in the future.
Cons
I wish there were more online services like these guys! If so, the part I ordered would have worked bc I had made yet another mistake, when ordering the front derailleur (from a different company, prior to knowing about Modern Bike). But, unlike Modern Bike, the other company didn't ask questions to make sure I had placed the correct order. So, looks as if I will be asking Modern Bike to fix yet another one of my mistakes but can't wait to get it all together!
