Minimal. Easy setup. Adjustable. Lightweight.
Other Thoughts
Minimal, easy setup. Can be adjusted left to right. With my Bl-m988 there is a little play in the interface of the shimano and Paul mounts. Luckily this adapter comes with what's needed for my BL-m988 and my newer XT brakes.

Pros
- Does what it supposed to do
- Parts are intuitive enough to put the pieces together
Cons
- Instructions not clear
- Device places the shifter in an odd position; the shifter is about 1 cm forward of where a normal i-spec shifter would be
Other Thoughts
I have been riding with it for the last two months. I have basically gotten used to the shifter position. But, at times the position becomes a distraction.
