Fits and holds Samsung Note 3 very securely. Very well made and easy to mount phone.
Cons
I did have an issue, I bought seperate mount for phone holder that mounts on bar stem. The rubber mount broke. But I emailed the company they sent me a new and improved mount free of charge which works great.
This is the kind of company that backs their products and one I would purchase from again.

Adjustable for slightly larger phones.
Other Thoughts
Cheaper price on here than Dick's and two local bike shops.
