Pros
Lightweight. I'm a Ritchey fan for bars and stems (just not the 220).
Cons
You have to be very careful and methodical installing this 220 series version versus the 260 series. The 260 series will hold the handlebar captive while you get the installation done. The 220 series will not hold captive the 31.8 handlebars.
Other Thoughts
Bottom line: buy another stem. Seriously. The face plate is hard to line up and get the screws started because of all the weird angles. Unless you are very careful and methodical during the installation of the faceplate, you stand a high potential to cross-thread the screws into a very soft aluminum stem. (Relatively soft) Almost any other stem will have better design than the 220. Try the 260 if you want to get Ritchey.

Stem angles are measured perpendicular to the clamp. For example, a 90 degree stem is straight. Sometimes, this may also be refered to as a 0 degree stem. If two measurements are listed, the stem can be flipped for angling up or down.
