Purchase of the Di2 System Checker qualifies dealers for Elite warranty service. This service offers dealers replacement product up front, free next-day shipping, and 24 hour turn-around warranty. Without the checker, a warranty claim will be processed under standard Shimano warranty policy with the exception that Di2 warranty must be presented to Shimano America only (cannot go through an authorized warranty center such as QBP).
