I love in Minneapolis and commute to work every day. I've been using these tires for a few months and I've been loving them.
The installation wasn't any different from any other kind of tire. But they seem very durable, and I feel a lot safer riding with them than using my 3" non-studded tires.
This is one of the widest (it maybe even THE widest) studded 29er you can get. And to me, they're worth every penny.
