Pros
Very solid, true, durable, ready to go. Needed this to replace old school freewheel set up on early 90s and a late 80s MTB to a freehub. Did not want to mess with swapping out hubs (beyond my tech skills and kinda a wash price and time wise to have local bike shop do it.)
Cons
A little heavy if you are worried about weight. I'm not a racer so not a problem for me.
