Great low cost wheel, but rubber protective cover is problematic.

Pros
Affordable and solid! This wheel shows no sign of issues, served very well as a drop in replacement for a broken freewheel-style rear wheel on an old Trek. Braking surface is great, machining quality shows no major issues. Spokes seem to be decent quality and adjust for truing without issues.
Cons
--This wheel comes with a small rubber cover surrounding the axle, locknut, spacers, and cone on the non-drive side of the wheel. About 8 months into owning the wheel, the rubber of this cover began squealing loudly against the hub at speeds around 10 mph. I'd recommend just taking off this cover when you get the wheel, it doesn't harm the bearings in any way to remove this cover and it will make cleaning and servicing in the future way easier.
--Does not come with rim tape. I used some 10mm Velox rim tape and it worked beautifully. Don't use this wheel without covering the spokes or your tube might pop. Electrical tape works in a pinch.
Other Thoughts
The quick-release skewer is awesome! Great quality and finish, and everything seems strong and resilient. If this wheel is what you need, definitely buy it! I love this thing, brought my bike back to life.

Would have been helpful if the i.d. and o.d. measures for the rim were included in the spec. list.
Excellent "cheap" Wheel

Pros
Excellent price for a well-constructed alloy wheel for my "beater" commuter bike. It arrived well packed in the box and barely needed any truing. Train tracks, cobble stones, and curbs. This wheel doesn't care and keeps rolling on...
Other Thoughts
Read the listing carefully when purchasing, it was a bit tricky to discern the freewheel from the cassette version.
