Ownership: two months
Tech Knowledge: somewhat high
Pros
Fairly true. Decent spoke tension. Inexpensive. Rides and brakes ok.
Cons
Hub, axle, bearings scream cheap. Axle threads stripped in short order, requiring replacement.
Other Thoughts
The wheel is what I expected from an inexpensive single wall wheel; hope it lasts for a few years.
