Pros
Soft, flexible, easy to put on and take off.
Cons
Velcro is tight, even when wearing XL. Sharp edges of the velcro cut into your legs when wearing shorts. Wish the shin coverage was wider, it's on the narrow side.
Other Thoughts
I haven't had a crash with these on yet, but not sure how protective they are given that the pads are soft and flexible. I tapped my knee lightly with a hammer and felt just about every bit of the force, unlike you would with a rigid hard pad...

Good lightweight protection but I preferred the fit and protection of the POC VPD 2 knee/shin better. I ended up returning this item.
