Victory Brewing was founded in 1996 in Downingtown, PA. by Bill Covaleski and Ron Barchet, who were childhood friends. Home brewing led to schooling in Germany to become brew masters after gaining practical experience with other breweries. While almost all breweries used pelletized hops, Victory insists on using whole flower hops, which are purer and impart a better flavor and aroma.
