Great fit. Fixed shifting problems. Smoothed out the chain.

Pros

these seem to be less robust than older campi equivalents. It snapped off when my chain jammed (see below). However, I'm thinking it was designed to do that to save damage to the frame/hanger.

my 1st generation 11 spd Chorus rear derailleur broke it's frame mounting bolt when the chain jammed in the cage (I didn't seat both sides of the KMC masterlink when putting the chain on and one of the masterlink halves rotated and got caught, my bad), 3 small parts were affected, 1) mounting bolt broke, 2) a piece of the mounting sleeve broke off, 3) the c-clip was lost on the street. Modern Bike had all three parts at a reasonable prices (not cheap since it's Campi, but what else can you do...)

Pros

from what I can tell, this piece aligns the derailleur with the hanger, positions the tension spring, and has stops to restrict the derailleurs movement, it's a complex formed and machined part. I wish it was a bit tougher but if it were, then would that have caused something else to break?
