Needed spare tubes
Pros
Needed spare tubes, one to carry along for the new gravel bike. I always trust Continental for backup.
Cons
Haven’t needed yet…knock on wood.
These are great tubes.
These tubes are a good value, and they are durable.
Fits perfectly
Pros
Pump works great and is easy to use. Tube fit perfectly.
Cons
None
Other Thoughts
Modern bicycle has every part I have ever needed for my old Specialized road bike. Won't go anywhere else for parts.
Exactly the tubes I wanted
Pros
I like the standard weight tubes. They're a bit tougher and hold air better than the lightweight tubes. They fit perfectly in a 25mm tire too.
Cons
None.
Top Quality Dependable Work Horse
Pros
Consistently high quality. Good balance between performance, weight, and toughness.
Cons
I wish these came with in a version with a shorter valve stem.
Other Thoughts
Like Continental tires/tyres, Continental tubes are my always reliable, "go to" tube. Always perfect quality out of the box, and I never see leaks develop around the valve stem or on seams. They provide good optimization of weight versus toughness.
For a number of years, all I could get from my local shops were tubes made in the far east (including major bicycle manufacturer branded tubes), and the quality was anywhere from okay to awful. Premature seam leaks, leaky valves, valves which did not fit correctly in pump chucks - there are lots of reasons I just hated them.
I also periodically tried the Vittoria Latex tube, as that was what was always used in the sew-up tires I rode in the '70's and '80's. However, virtually all of them had seam leaks after few hundred miles, so in spite of their light weight and great supple ride, I sadly stopped using them, although I did not miss their premium price!
For only a bit more cost than the far east tubes, I now only buy Continental tubes, logging an average of 6000 miles per year on them in the mountains, foothills, and high plains of Colorado. I frequently wear out tires without every changing a tube. When screaming down a serpentine descent, I worry about a lot of things, such as oncoming traffic or unexpected gravel in the road. However, I do NOT worry about my Continental tires or tubes going flat when cornering at high speeds.
Lasted a few weeks
I needed new tubes as the ones in my bike were pretty old. The one I installed in the front tire was defected and leaking right at the valve stem. The one for the back tire was fine for a few weeks and went flat on my ride home yesterday.
A lighter version of the Continental Tour tube
Pros
A lighter weight tube than the Conti Tour Tube. Replaced a tube that picked up a thorn. So far no flats. High quality.
Cons
None.
Heavier Duty Tube
Pros
Heavy weight, hopefully holds up better than a light weight tube. Mounts easy, especially when talc is applied first. No pinch.
Cons
Well, it's heavier.
Other Thoughts
If the weight of the tube is not of concern then I highly recommend this tube.
hard to find quality item at great price

Cons
None
Other Thoughts
